Project ATROPOS v1.4 update

Made a bunch of fixes and QoL changes for v1.4
-Added a button to skip directly to the boss from the tutorial stage
-Fixed up screen transitions from boss win/lose
-Added very small local hitstop to normal melee attacks for better attack feedback
-Revamped a few sections of the tutorial stage
-Rebalanced boss attack cooldowns and damage
